Things you let your kids get away with

Brook decided to buy a goat at an auction that she went to with a friend. Her dad gave her money for lunch and she bought a 1 week old little goat that has to be bottle fed. I dont know what in the heck we (I mean she) are going to do with a goat.

Tooele County Wildlife Federation Banquet

Feb 18 2008

They had a drawing just for kids, they sold a deck of cards and each card was 5$ we bought 5 cards, they ripped them in half and drew the winning card. Gene Ekenstam had little by little sit down if they had a card that didnt match. At last there were two kids standing Brook and another young feller and Brook had the winning ticket a 8 of hearts and she won a youth model 22. She is excited we went down to CAL Ranch and picked it up the next day. Pictured with Brook is her dad and her Grandpa Pierce, and Gene Ekenstam in the back.

Family Picture Nov 2007
WOW What a year it has been a really tuff one with the loss of my dad in February, but we are learning to adjust.

This year has been the first year in our new house and we are enjoying it very much.

The kids are growing and sometimes I have to ask who's the mom? Shontae is getting ready to go on a school trip to Washington DC in March over spring break, Brook is enjoying the horses and even everyone elses, McKell is just plain keeping me and her dad on our toes.

Jerrod is hard at work doing what he does best (Everything). What a guy you cant help but love him.

Me and Jerrod are looking forward to June for our Anniversary, we are planning a trip to Grand Junction CO. to the Country Jam, It will be nice to get away.

We have to tell all our family and friends how much we love you, Have a great year.
